Boarding a train with the Balkan Flexi Pass is the easiest way to travel to 9 wonderful countries (Bulgaria, Greece, former Yugoslavian Republic of Macedonia, Serbia, Montenegro, Romania (changes below),Turkey, Bosnia & Herzegovina) with such a rich cultural and historical background to discover.

  • Available for 3, 5, 7,10, or 15 days of flexi travel within one month.
  • Discounted Youth fares for passengers under 26 years of age
  • Discounted Senior fares for passengers 60 years of age

EFFECTIVE 01 APRIL 2017: The Romania railways CFR no longer participate in the Balkan Flexipass. Rail travel in Romania is only available on the RegioTrans network.

Balkan Passes are also valid in the suburban "Proastiakos" trains connecting: Airport / Athens - Kiato - Athens / Airport.

Seat reservations are not included in the pass price. Passholder seat reservations are limited. To avoid missing out on your preferred train, you should consider making a reservation well in advance of your travel.
